By accessing or using our website bellaperle.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. 1. About Us

BellaPerle is the trade name of STRICKLAND NOVAPINNACLE GSP LLC, based in Paducah, KY. We sell Women's Jewelry & Accessories products through our online store.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are listed on the Site in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. All costs — including product price, shipping fees, and taxes — are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order is required.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bellaperle.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
